Returns and Refunds
At Apartmentoeclean, we are committed to providing high-quality floral arrangements and excellent customer service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
Fresh Flower Arrangements
Fresh flower arrangements are perishable items and cannot be returned once delivered. However, if you are not satisfied with your order due to quality issues or if the arrangement does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Wrong Items Received
If you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct items to be delivered at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if you prefer.
Custom Orders
Custom orders, including event arrangements and personalized bouquets, are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a quality issue or error on our part. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Non-Floral Items
Non-floral items such as vases, gift boxes, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
